We ordered a refurbished KitchenAid KCM4212SX for substantially less money and it recently arrived in perfect condition as far as I could tell. A rep from Amazon told some years ago that refurbished were still warranted by Amazon and often just the packaging was damaged. In this case, it was factory refurbished and was in excellent condition. As a retired mechanical engineer, I can truly appreciate the ergonomics that went into the design. Its a tremendous design and simple to use. I will be making cold brew tea more often than not while my wife will undoubtably be making cold brew coffee. The concentrate ratio for tea leaves is substantially greater than the coffee ratio but both are significant. I completely took the unit apart today to clean it and get a better understanding of how the unit works. It shines with quality and weight and is easy to operate. Some thinking definitely went into its design. The plastic wrench doubles as a plastic nut to hold the drain and after that is removed along with the hose it has another wrench at its end to fit the plastic nut that holds the valve. The valve is sturdy and is also of high quality in my opinion. Ive looked up the chemistry behind cold brewing and I do recommend that you do the same. The taste of cold brew is amazing if you have never had it before. I recommend that you use filtered water and heat the water enough to dissolve your sugar ahead of time so as to get it into solution. You can then throw in some ice that was made with the filtered water to cool it down. You would only do this if you knew exactly how your going to like it based on the ratios. As I recall, the concentrate coffee ratio is 3 to 1 and the tea leaves is 7 to 1. Once you get comfortable using the device, I think you will be keeping your concentrate readily available. The amounts are given by weight which can be estimated with the lines on the unit. We are fortunate to have a very nice high end scale. More and more I seem to be finding recipes that specify amounts by weight in grams. Again, once you have made a batch of one or the other, I think the lines will suffice. I went in expecting to love this and its alright. I like it but dont love it. My complaints are:1. When you are running low you have to empty the coffee into another container to make more. Simple I know, but my old cold brew maker didnt have this issue.2. The nozzle drips. Wipe it after use and put something down in your fridge to absorb any drops. Kind of annoying.3. Even when you coursly grind coffee you will have powdery grounds. Those powdery grounds get through the strainer so your coffee can have tiny grains in it. Not detectable to the mouth or anything its just visual, but its just not something Im used to. Its especially true at the very end of the batch.Things I like:Love that its glass. Love that the strainer is completely reusable so you dont have anything to dispose of except for grounds (strainer is probably not the technical term but Im too lazy to look up the actual term. Sorry to any pretentious coffee people who read this and scoff lol!). Love that it looks nice and sits nicely in the fridge. I previously had the OXO brand cold brewer and honestly if I could go back a I might buy that one again instead…but it is nice that we dont have that huge ugly plastic thing on our counter all the time anymore. I have been using a Toddy for about 3 years.Since I recently purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher, I received an email from KitchenAid introducing their Cold Brew system. When I saw that it was stainless steel and glass construction, I was all in, and ordered it immediately. I was amazed at the quality of construction, and I am on my third batch of cold brew. The quantity it produces is less than the Toddy, but thats fine with me - a batch lasts me about 2 weeks. It cleans easily, the spigot works well (close it before adding water to the grounds!), and it fits perfectly on the refrigerator shelf like it was custom-made. I cold brew for a full 24 hours IN the refrigerator, using locally freshly roasted, freshly ground coffee. The results are EXCELLENT. My first batch was vacuum-packaged beans that I had opened a few weeks prior. They were good as a pourover, but everyone raved about the beans when I cold-brewed it. I recommend this product to everyone; a co-worker just bought hers, and agrees 100%. But I couldnt get it to stop leaking. I tried teflon tape and a basin wrench but its made a mess of my fridge too many times. To the garbage it goes… Unboxed for the first time and found rust in the nozzle. Good thing I caught it before actually using it and risk ingesting harmful materials. Hopefully the second one around will be okay. I love this cold brewer. Im on a refined sugar-free diet so I cant have regular coffee creamers. I switched to cold-brewed coffee as it doesnt burn the beans in the brewing process and leave you with a bitter taste like regular brewed coffee, that way I dont need to overload this coffee with a sugar-filled creamer to make it bearable. Anyway, Ive been through my fair-share of cold brewers and this one not only looks beautiful in my fridge, but its an easy to use and brews great coffee. If youre a coffee snob (not me) then sure, you can use whole beans, grind them, do the whole nine if you so choose… but this brewer works fine with already ground beans. I steep/brew overnight (about 12 hours or so). I couldnt imagine a whole 24 hours — that would literally be jet fuel youre drinking. I fill 1/4 of my cup up with the cold brew and the rest with ice, sugar-free, non-dairy creamer, + 1 scoop of collagen. Delicious! I was so excited to get this. I love cold brew. Unfortunately it is leaking all over my fridge from the bottom of the device. What a waste of the coffee I bought. I even threw away the packaging it came in. I am waiting a response from Amazon.

Notes from the Community

The Butterfly Garden was, without a shadow of a doubt, the worst book I have ever read. First, Id like to say that I enjoy the horror/thriller genre. I dont consider disturbing depictions of murder or rape a reason to rate a book poorly. Secondly, Im not the kind of person who just hates on books because I dont like the ending or I didnt like one of the scenes. I dislike books that are unbelievable or otherwise dont make any sense. This book is the worst book I have ever read because the premise was mundane and tired, the choice of first-person narrative was a huge mistake, and the final twist at the end will leave you not only angry at how much time you wasted, but curious as to how such a terrible book made it through the editing process. This review will not contain any spoilers that arent already in the synopsis of this story (which, admittedly, are the only interesting parts of this novel in general). All quotations used are from the synopsis.Part One: Plot and Story FailuresFirstly, and I hate to insult your intelligence with this statement but, the main point of a suspense/thriller novel is to be suspenseful and thrilling. This book is neither of those things. Within the first few pages (and in the synopsis), you know that an undisclosed number of girls called butterflies were held captive by a brutal, twisted man called the Gardner that would go to any length to hold beauty captive. And you know that the FBI has one of the butterflies in an interrogation room: Maya. The book tries to make her out to be a mysterious figure that might be hiding something that could break the case wide open, but at this point, there is seemingly nothing to tell. Nothing they would need from her in order to convict the Gardner, anyway. Still, they hold her there for hours on end prying information out of her. Thats a joke. The story oscillates between first-person (Maya) and third-person, and if a story is in first-person, then that means that person is doing a lot of talking. And if a person is doing a lot of talking, it isnt much of an interrogation. On that point, you find out there isnt much of a mystery either. This book is not a mystery, its a diary; a diary written by a girl that cant write.Maya talks endlessly about her time in the garden and describing what happened there without ever really helping the reader understand how terrifying a situation like that would actually be. Youd expect her to be too shook-up to talk about some of the details of her time there, but the book might as well have been written in bullet-point form given the lack of style and emotion. The reader never, ever feels like they are in the Garden. She describes a would-be horrific incident or event with as much emotion as I use when I tell people what I ate for lunch, but with less detail. The reader isnt given a single opportunity to connect with the main girl or any of the other butterflies in the story because everything is written so matter-of-factly. Not to say that the author gives the main character a cool detachment from her recent trauma; instead, the author spends more time trying to convince the reader how horrible it was, than to adequately describe the mood of the garden, or give some thought into how captured, young girls would actually act in such an environment. Just because the character finds something indescribable, does not give the author an excuse not to describe it! If a character in a book Im reading is crying, I want to have tears in my eyes. The author telling me that a character feels a certain way does not automatically make the reader feel that way. There is no emotion in the authors writing style, and to be honest I was absolutely shocked to find out that she was a woman. In the end, and after nearly 300 pages, nothing happened in the book that someone whos watched even a single episode of Law and Order: SVU couldnt guess. The pacing doesnt help either. Most of Mayas accounts in the garden begin with her saying some terrible thing happened, and then describing that event in a lackluster manner. You already know whats going to happen! Shes just describing how it happened! Thats not suspense! This book could have been partially (like, I would have given it 2 stars instead of 1) saved if the book was written while these events were happening instead of after the fact. Despite the relative shortness of the book, each of Mayas stories feel very long, because you already know how each is going to end. Also, if youre going to write a semi-horror, mystery thriller, dont spare the reader the disturbing details. Thats why the reader chose this genre over romance or a self-help book. Diluting all the would-be disturbing moments that would make the readers hair stand on end to thoughtless euphemisms defeats the entire purpose. The reader wants to be scared of gardens, the reader wants a shiver to run down their spine the next time they see butterflies, but the author makes none of this happen. So, what was the point?Part Two: Character Failures:Not to be outdone by the terrible writing, the characters in this story are equally infuriating. First, Ill start with the cops because they are easy to dismiss. Their entire role in the story could be substituted by the words and then. All they do is prompt Maya to continue her story. With backstories as derivative as a loose-cannon cop with nothing to lose!, they add absolutely nothing to the story. They dont ask thoughtful questions that help Maya reveal pertinent information, and they arent out on the streets piecing clues together (mostly because the crime was solved on page 6), they are listening to a girl read a long diary, and bringing her water and food. Additionally, does the author really expect the reader to believe that the FBI would allow two men to question a woman thats been through what Maya has been through? This is just one of many details that are incongruous with how life really works.Probably the most disappointing character is the Gardener. The Gardener is a poorly done version of the very popular sociopathic-villain trope. I cant say too much about him without spoiling the book Im trying to spare you from, so Ill just say this: making someone you know to be crazy seem normal is one of the most unsettling things an author can do, but making a crazy person seem normal is not as easy as making a crazy person do normal things. The end result is a villain that doesnt make sense not because the author does a great job making him teeter between sane and insane, but because the author expects the reader to just accept that he is insane because he has a garden full of girls that he kidnapped. I do think hes crazy because of that, but its the authors job to make me feel it. The Gardners character never creeped me out or made me feel sick to my stomach. The most emotion his depiction evoked out of me was annoyance. Finally, this brings us to the last character mentioned in the Synopsis: Maya. She is nothing more than the laziest and most out-of-touch attempt at a strong female character. This is a critical flaw because so much of the book is written in the first-person. In order for this style of writing to be effective, the character needs to be critical, empathetic, descriptive (cant stress that enough), and self-aware. Maya is none of these things and the book suffers for it. The author writes the character as if crying is the weakest thing a person can do, and if a person never cries, then they are strong. Incorrect. Maya is an unbelievable character in the sense that it is impossible that a person with her background could exist as she does in this book in real life. The author doesnt write her with any flaws, so she is not relatable, and her current personality does not match her backstory. Shes too cool under pressure, too comfortable with men, and too clever for a girl of her years and experiences. The fact that she outsmarts one of the detectives several times is completely ludicrous. Maya does not make any sense as a character, and further dooms this mess of a novel. The rest of the cast does not help this ensemble. They are a sporadic display of the most one-dimensional characters ever conceived, and I am including the seven dwarves from Snow White.Part Three: ConclusionNot all books have to be Pulitzer Prize contenders to be considered good. A book just needs to be entertaining. They should evoke an emotion of some sort. Boredom is not an emotion, and anger at the author for wasting my time doesnt count either. Despite the positive reviews, objectively, this is not a good book. Far too often I felt like the author thought, Ive heard that when XYZ happens in someones life they act like ABC, so Ill have XYZ happen so itll explain why shes like ABC, without actually explaining why shes like that! Im not dumb. I dont need handholding to help me connect dots (not that this book had dots to connect), but this style of writing is lazy and shows a lack of creativity. A book is supposed to paint a picture! The authors choice to shy away from the more gruesome details or difficult to fathom emotions show a lack of understanding of the story she was trying to tell the reader. Maybe suspense/thriller just isnt her genre. Maybe the author was trying something new. Whatever the case, it was not a success.Part Four: Small Things that Threw Salt in the WoundWhere was the zoning board when this beyond enormous greenhouse was being built? The HOA wont let me have an iron-wrought fence, but this guy can build a cage the size of Six Flags in his back yard? PleaseSince I bought a digital copy, I wont be able to burn this book for warmth during an apocalypse. The Gardner kidnaps and tattoos girls with dark skin. Color tattoos dont show up well on dark skin! Why would someone obsessed with butterfly tattoos choose girls with skin tones that wouldnt show the tattoos? I understand that this is probably for diversity, and as a dark-skinned woman, I am all about that, but not when it is incongruent with the story. My feelings arent hurt when there arent any black people in 17th century British dramas, and it would not have hurt my feelings here either. I shall endeavor to avoid spoilers, but be warned there are references to the many reasons this book sucks with an intensity rarely found outside of industrial strength vacuum cleaners. My wife read this book in old fashioned paper, suggested I read it and then promptly lent it to a neighbor lady who liked it and in turn lent it to her mother, from whence it has never returned, so I bought it again for the kindle and read it. My assumption was that it couldnt be entirely awful if three women in a row enjoyed it. I have since learned to regret this tragic decision, though I will admit the book wasnt without any merit at all.So, Ill start with the good stuff here: the author paints some interesting characters and has a very readable voice to her writing. I feel like, if she had an editor with a basic understanding of logic who could guide and correct her, I could maybe really like something she wrote. Now that weve gotten that out of the way, let us move on to the bad and the ugly.Plot holes? The entire plot is a hole, and dont get me started on the twist. To those whove read this book and liked it, how did you suspend your disbelief about the garden, the gardener, and the entire idiotic, unbelievable, illogical plot? Rich dude or not, how did he have that walls drop down at the push of button glass prison built without arousing suspicion? What would you tell the contractors? I need a barracks style prison, with rooms for 20 - 25 girls, all with glass walls, but also opaque sound proof walls that can be lowered at the press of a button. Why do I need that? Its for, uh, when I have guests visiting, uh, special guests who dont like privacy and would prefer to be unable to leave. Why the sound proofing? Well, they get pretty loud when they party. Contractors: oh, okay, that makes perfect sense.Thats just one of a thousand holes you could drop the entire planet Earth through in this savagely stupid novel. Want another example? How about this, in what idiotic universe can one man overpower a group of over twenty unrestrained women? Why didnt the moronic horde of women just swarm the one guy between them and freedom? With an average age in the group landing somewhere in their late teens, were talking over twenty basically adult-sized women, and they cant figure out to group up on the one man holding them? The first thousand plot holes are nothing in comparison to the final brain-mauling monster that is absurdly stupid big twist at the novels conclusion. Dear lord, I cannot explain the myriad layers of stupid contained in that twist with spoiling this book for you, but please, I beseech you in effort to save a few hours of your life—dont read this book. There are other minor annoyances, but compared to the outrageously illogical plot theyre barely worth mentioning. The author seems to have a fixation on unusual names, which doesnt match reality well (in reality names uncommon names are, well, uncommon—look at the census data).Your time would be better spent elsewhere—pretty much anywhere, really. A revolting story about assault, rape, and torture of girls as young as 12, who are all described as being exceptionally beautiful with idealized bodies. Its all too easy to imagine sick individuals intentionally reading this book specifically for that content. No author should ever tackle such subjects in such a glorified and shallow way as Dot Hutchison does. I read to the end, increasingly horrified but anticipating a conclusion that would make sense of the authors choices. The final pages were a complete let-down and I felt sick to my stomach for both having spent money and time on this.

Are you struggling to make a decision because you REALLY need a vacuum and are on a tight budget and decided to read the reviews to help you decide? Well Im writing to let you know this one wont be a mistake. I considered this a big risky purchase and am here to tell you the vacuum works great. Ive only has it for about a month so I cant comment on the durability, but as to the performance for the price, it has exceeded my expectations. Im very happy with the suction power and its attachments work great. Hope this helps you make your decision! so far it works great, its suction is really good. And it is so light weight, it really helps me with my back. I had to get a longer nozzel to do the floors nd because of the price, they do not include a longer nozzle, so when their telescopic nozzle is sold by Amazon this summer, will have to see the cost for it. The other problem with this vacuum is that when you pull out the top handle to clip the noxzzle to use for floors, walls etc the machine does fall down due to the lightness. So you do have to roll it or carry it around. Not happy with that. Again I still love that it is really light, and again the noise is really decent, my bissell is really loud. This one is so much better. For the price it isnt perfect, but I like the reviews. The suction is great and cleans up my rugs full of dog hair.August 28th, 2018 Still love this vacuum cleaner. I love that it is light weight, and how good it cleans my rugs and the floors. Customer service is pretty good too. The only thing is that I am not happy with the price of the foam filter. They last a couple of months if you keep clean. Amazon has it at $15.99. I did call Eureka, and they are sending me one at no cost, which I appreciate. For the cost of this vacuum, the filters should be competitive with other foam filters. By watching youtube, the air speed eureka vacuums have the same design canisters like the power speed, so I order a pack of eureka foam filters for the air speed to see if they would work the same. They cost over $8 dollars for 6. I will receive them this week and will try them. If they fit and work I will continue to buy them. I will update. Will have to wait and see how long it last. I hope it works for a long time, I really like it.September 1, 2018 The DCF-26 filters pack of 6, for the eureka airspeed fits the power speed vacuum that I have. It will be thicker, but it fits great. I ordered another 6 pack, cause the price is right. These are all just foam filters for Eureka vacuums, the power speed filter is too high.Update:Feb 13, 2019 Vacuum cleaner still strong and and wonderful to use. So easy still to clean, and does not hurt my back. I bought a second one for the upstairs rooms. Its worth every penny. It does a great job still, and so easy to clean.June 2019 Still works great, I love this vacuum so light to move around. I work it out a lot, and it hasnt fail me. Now I have 2. One for the 2nd floor. It feels great to use and doesnt hurt my hands or my back, easy to attach the other brushes. Light enough to pickup. I love this vacuum. Its light weight, and cleans well. The dirt holder is super easy to dump and clean. Its great not having to deal with bags. If buying from Amazon, always check Fakespot.com to make sure that reviews are legit. This product rated an A. Outstanding machine for the price! Very light. Great suction. Easy transition from carpet to rugs to wood floor. Easy to empty.Picture is what I picked up from the 1st floor of the house the 1st day of using (after 5 days of a broken old vacuum). Impressed. For the price, this is a good little vacuum. It handles very easy because of its light weight. It cleans the carpet good. I also like the washable filter and easy empty dust canister. What I dont like is the ear splitting whistle while vacuuming. I can handle the roar of the motor and the roller but the whistle is too much.I will be returning it. This vacuum is so powerful when I was vacuuming my newly washed comferter to remove the cat hair. I stopped after just a couple of swipes with the hose & atatchment that has the little red lintbrush looking stips on it & OMG! u shulda seen All the dust& dirt it pulled out of it & as I said earlier I just washed it .wow u all did not have enough stars for me to properly rate it. At this price point I shouldnt expect the world. Vacuum is light weight, has good cleaning suction and manicures carpeting well. Main complaint is the extension hose… its simply too short as well as being attached too high on the unit. Every attempt to use the wand or brush attachments results in the machine tipping over. I vacuumed almost every inch of a 2,200 sf house (including closets and bathrooms) during its first use without issue… other than tipping it over dozens of times. At least nothing broke or snapped off… It is definitely lightweight, but its the kind of plastic that will shatter if you bang it on a corner. My only real complaint is the hose for reaching high places is soo short that you have to carry the whole base with you. Good luck reaching cobwebs on a chair!! Otherwise, it was worth it!

Grillaholics Grill Mat - Set of 2 Heavy Duty BBQ Grill Mats - Non Stick, Reusable, and Easy to Clean Barbecue Grilling Accessories - Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty

UPDATE: It appears Amazon has corrected the auto link to Ankeres. It now links to the correct Grillaholics link to purchase.BEWARE: I have purchased four of these mats from Grillaholics and have been very pleased. The current buy it now defaults to a Chinese counterfeit product that is made of unsafe material and of low quality. They have hijacked Grillaholics link. You will have to choose other sellers rather than the buy it now due to Amazons defaulting to the lower priced fakes. If you purchased one from Ankeres, I highly suggest you return it as it is unsafe. This is what the fake buy now looks like:Sold by Ankeres and Fulfilled by Amazon. Gift-wrap available. This mat works great. After reading about other people having issues with the grease accumulating on it and the recommendation was to use paper towels to soak it up during the grilling, I thought to myself that there has to be another solution to this problem. I decided to take a utility knife and cut randomly open slots on it (see photo). I am pleased to say that it was the solution to this problem. My food came out perfectly and I had no problems with the grease issue. I grilled chicken which is well known for flare ups, which I had none. The meat slid right off the mat and clean up was a breeze. The company that makes these probably should consider putting small holes throughout their mats. I was really skeptical of grill mats in general but, after doing a lot of looking around, picked up these from Grilaholics based on the number of good reviews and the reasonable price. I figured if they were going to melt all over my grill (which I still cant believe they didnt) I didnt want to waste a lot of money on them. After having used them a few times I can say they would be a bargain at twice the price. Im probably going to get an extra pair to have in the RV. At the end of the day Im going to end up saving a ton in non-stick spray!I love that they are delivered flat (thought they would come rolled up and Id have to press them with books for a week) and after a quick wash are ready to use. I have a charcoal grill and like to bring the heat right up to the grate to sear the meat for a few seconds and the mats took it like a champ, grill marks even transferred through.Cleaning the mats is much easier than cleaning the cast iron grill grates, just make sure you give them a proper wiping off with a paper towel before placing them in the dishwasher. These will also be great to take to the park when we go out for the day - Ive never thought I would actually use the public grills before, but with these I wont worry. If youve been hesitant about getting a grill mat, dont be. First off, as a self-proclaimed grilling aficionado and a BBQ purist, I dont typically use anything but hardwood lump coal and a match, but I thought Id give this a try. Simply put, this mat is amazing! Let me break down the benefits…1) Taste: Ive used similar grill mat products and experienced a burned-plastic taste (which other reviewers warned me about). Not with this grill mat. This mat preserves the integrity of whatever Im cooking.2) Heat transfer: I prefer my steaks seared but not charred, so I get the coals nice and hot (at least 600 degrees) and sear both sides. This mat not only allows the heat through, but I can even get those highly coveted grill marks through the mat! Major plus in my book. Plus, when Im cooking something greasy like burgers or brats, theres no arm hair-singing grease fire. Not even an occasional flare-up, which is great, considering arm hair is a requirement of a true backyard BBQer.3) Clean up: Arguably, my least favorite part about grilling is the clean up. I like to create a mess, not clean one up. When Im done using this mat, I can literally walk it inside (its cool to the touch) and wipe it down with a paper towel and throw it in the dishwasher. Done. Ive even started taking a spare mat with me to the grill in the neighborhood park. Those public grills are disgusting, but with my trust grill mat, my food never touches the rusty, Hepatitis-laden grates.Oh, and Id be remiss not to mention the utility of these mats, too. On the days that Im cooking inside, I use this mat in the oven. Baking cookies? Slap one of these bad boys down on the baking sheet and no more scraping burned cookie remnants off of the metal sheet. Cooking a roast? Put this on the bottom of the pan and presto! Clean up has never been easier. I even used the mat as a catch-all below a pie pan (no one likes when your whole man-lair (read: house and kitchen) smells like burned toast.Overall impression: Two man-thumbs up!

Great value for what you get and as a gastroenterologist Im very particular about what strains I use and what probiotics I take. This is a a very effective product at a fair price. I have had chronic constipation pretty much my entire adult life, 25-30 years. I have tried a multitude of fiber supplements and at least 6 different probiotics over the years. The Physicians Choice probiotic is first one that has actually made a difference. When I first started taking it I thought it was going to be just like all the others because I didnt notice any difference but then after about 7-10 days it began to make a huge difference. As I said earlier, I have used many fiber supplements ranging from physllium type to even harsh stimulants that contain senna. So I would swing between severe constipation to extremely loose bowels. I did finally find a more natural fiber supplement that contains only dried high fiber foods that has been helpful with constipation but still tends to make a loose stool. But, now that Im taking the Physicians Choice probiotic, for the first time in at least 25 years, I actually have normal stools. One other thing I have noticed. Shortly before I began taking this probiotic I began to wake up in the night with heartburn. This probiotic has also gotten rid of that. This is really a great probiotic and I am very thankful to have found it!!! Im already losing weight…I had a huge amount of bacteria built up in my gut. I have a major candida issue, my symptoms are fleeing and my gut loves this product. Got this for my daughter… She says Ive been taking these for two weeks now and they have made a huge difference. Im no longer bloated and have been feeling great! Even though I have been taking 30 Billon Probiotics by another brand for a year now, I notice almost immediate results with Physicians 60 Billion Probiotics within the first week! Far less bloating with my stomach looking like a huge balloon, no intestinal pain and easier more consistent bowel movements. Thank you so much! As a Registered Nurse, I totally understand the importance of Probiotics for good Digestive Health. Have tried multiple Probiotics with little positive effect. Feel that your product has reduced my GI irritability and IBS symptoms. Will continue to use. Requesting free bottle as advertised. When I ordered this product, I had some constipation and a real bad gas problem virtually every waking hour. Worst of all, I could not really control it. Talk about embarrassing, You are passing someone in a store and you cannot keep a stinkbomb from ripping. It was horrible! Initially I thought physicians choice probiotic was ineffective and was not improving the problem. Did not notice any real improvement until 3 or weeks taking this product. There has definitely been a marked improvement, In all honesty,I was ingesting other brand probiotics rather sporadically. One was 30 billion CFU and the other more like enzymes plus 1 billion CFU. I attribute the improvement to this probiotic. It is reasonably priced and no negative side effects. Ive had a lot of issues with stomach pains, gas, no normal routine for business etc, but this product has really helped me a lot. The best effect ofcoure you get if you eat a good and healthy diet. Which Im not at the moment, but it still keeps my gut in check. Will for sure continue with this amazing, natural supplement!
